NEBRASKA RIGHT TO LIFE CONSISTS OF THREE ENTITIES:
Nebraska Right to Life, Inc. – is the 501 c4 corporation. Contributions to this organization go toward keeping the state office open as well as legislative and lobbying efforts. Donations to this corporation are not tax deductible.
Nebraska Right to Life Educational Trust Fund – is the 501 c3 entity which supports the educational activities of NRL, Inc. All requests for educational materials, videos, and tapes are run through this corporation. Other educational activities include a booth at the State Fair, annual Educational Trust Banquets, and the Walk for Life. The NRL Educational Trust Fund cannot be involved in lobbying or political campaigns. Donations to the NRL Educational Trust Fund are tax deductible.
Nebraska Right to Life Political Action Committee – operates a state and a federal PAC, for the purpose of supporting and opposing candidates for public office. The PAC conducts a candidate survey during election years and make endorsements based on survey results and meetings with candidates. A statewide distribution of the PAC candidate surveys is conducted in the primary and general elections. Donations to the PAC are not tax deductible.
