Abortion advocates have initiated a ballot initiative which would create a right to abortion in the Nebraska Constitution allowing abortion until birth in our state. The abortion industry and out-of-state pro-choice advocacy groups are funding this venture as they collect the needed signatures to appear on the November 2024 ballot in our state.
